Who are your nannies?

All of our childcare professionals are just that - professionals! Each person we work with is reliable — they will show up on time, every time! — and comes with multiple professional references to ensure that they provide trustworthy, excellent care. All of our sitters are CPR/First Aid certified. All have at least 2 years professional childcare experience, while some of our sitters come with a decade of experience or more. You can expect a sitter who is loving, kind, and loves being with your children. At this time, all of our sitters are women.

How are matches made?
Our director Samantha hand selects each families’ sitter based on the sitters’ availability and — most importantly — the best fit for the family and the ages needing care. Any special requests, allergies, or medical conditions are taken into consideration.

I have a large group of children. How many nannies will I need to book?

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we implement the following guidelines:

Babies and toddlers need 1 sitter for every 2 children

Older children need 1 sitter for every 4 children

What if I’m running late getting home to the sitter?

If you’re going to be late, reach out to your babysitter as soon as you can. We’ve all been there! Sitters understand, but communication is key. You are responsible for a full hour’s pay when your sitter stays more than 15 minutes past.

Can we add hours after we’ve already made our booking?

If you want to add extra hours onto a day you’ve already booked, you do not need to get permission from the agency — just ask your sitter ahead of time! Sitters may have other obligations and they have the right to refuse a request for added hours for any reason. But they are often happy to stay later if you ask!

What if I come home early and don’t need all the hours I booked?

If you come home early and decide to release your sitter, you are still responsible for the full amount of the booking. You may lose your right to book with us in the future if you do not pay your sitter for the full amount of your booking.

What are the fees for your placement services?

Booking fee is $40 per day per sitter. This is an upfront fee payable via Venmo or Paypal, which is non-refundable (except in the rare case that we are unable to fulfill your booking). This is not a payment to your sitter. A $25 surcharge will be added for last-minute requests (48 hours or less).

How much do your sitters charge?

Hourly fees are variable but a general guideline is as follows:

$30-$33/hr for up to 2 children, $35 for 3 children, $40-45/hr for 4 children

+$5 per hour for 2 children under the age of 2 years old.
+$10 per hour for hours between 11 pm and 8am.
+ Time and a half for holidays (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years’ Eve, New Years’ Day, Thanksgiving, Easter)

Travel fees will apply for other locations (Angel Fire, Red River) and will be agreed upon ahead of time.

You can pay your sitter directly via cash or Venmo/Paypal. Some sitters may ask for a 50% deposit upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

Our sitter placement fees are non-refundable once your placement has been made. You may use 50% of your booking fee for a future booking if you cancel more than 48 hours prior to your booking. SItters are entitled to 50% of their full fee for cancellations made within 3 days of their scheduled time with you.
